For long, NPF has enjoyed the reputation of being the most technologically advanced producer of Barrier Films in India.

Not surprising, because since its inception, the company has made it a point to evolve along with the techno-evolutions in the industry world-wide.

NPF: Techno-evolution: Recap:

2002: Navrang Polyfilms incorporated. 2-layer plant. 300 MT/annum capacity.

2005: Installed first 3-layer Plant. Capacity enhanced to 400 MT/annum.

2008: Installed first 6-colour rotogravure press, with print width capability of 1300 mm.

2009: Installed another 3-layer plant. Entered techno-partnership with Kuhne Windsor for extrusion. Acquired first 2100 mm, 3-layer blown film plant. Reached capacity of 2500 MT/annum.

2010: Purchased another 3-layer, 1500-mm plant from Kuhne Windsor. Capacity crossed 3400 MT/annum.

2011: Established a new company named NPF Polyfilms Pvt Ltd. Started construction at new, 1,00,000-sq ft premises.

2012: Set up a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility featuring 5-layer Blown Film Plant of Kuhne Gmbh, 8-colour Roto Gravure Printing Machine and High-Speed Slitter. Cumulative annual production capacity of Navrang Polyfilms Pvt Ltd and NPF Polyfilms Pvt Ltd reached 7100 MT/annum.

2013: Acquired new pouching machines. Started production of vacuum pouches, zip lock vacuum pouches and LDPE bottom-sealed bags.

2014: Bought a 7-layer plant from Windsor Kuhne Gmbh. Enhanced production of plant by about 250 MT/month. NPF Polyfilms Pvt Ltd’s production touched 3800 MT/annum. Obtained ISO 22000:2005 Certification from INTERTEK. NPF plant attained total compliance to HACCP & Food Safety Standards.

2015: Purchased Auto-gauging Controller Air Ring from DOTECO SPA Italy, to ensure accurate microns for all packaging materials. Also bought automated Courier Bag Making Machine. NPF’s capacity for bag-making touched 4 million bags/month.

2016: Upgraded printing technology. Bought an 8-colour CI Flexo Printing Machine. Entered printing partnership with UTECO Italy. Augmented printing capacity further by 300 MT/month.

2017: Constructions and expansion of another 75000 sq. plant area has started and company has ordered 7 mailing and wicketing bags.

2018: New 7 layer from Kuhne has arrived along with 7 courier bag machine and production has started.

2018: Company has been awarded A Grade BRC Global Standard Certificate.

2019: Two more vaccum bag making machine is procured for vaccum bags.

2020: FFS bag making machine and mailing bag for big size bags up to 1.5 mtr has been procured.

2021: Block bottom bags machine and wicketer along with the paper mailing bag has been purchased.

Final out come with capacity of 1.6 MN bags of mailing and wicket bags per day & 300000 bags for vaccum per day.
